기본적으로 Power BI는 SSL 인증서가 있는 애플리케이션만 신뢰해서 인증서를 얻으려면 SSL 설정을 변경해야함

postgresql.conf 파일에서 ssl=off 로 바꿔준다

ssl=off

restart

sudo service postgresql restart
