메뉴에서 Tools -> New Plugin 

     

아래 내용으로 덮어쓰기 한 뒤 User 폴더에 저장

* 단축키 지정 - Preference -> Key Bindings – User

아래 내용 입력 후 저장 (Ctrl + b로 단축키 지정)
